Zensah Compression Sock Review

After a few weeks of putting my compression sleeves through the ringer, I put together a little review of my reactions so far.

Compression sleeves are way better than compression socks. You dont have to worry about snagging toe nails and you get to wear your favorite running socks all the time.
I did have a little heat issue when running with them in the sun, but decided I liked wearing them more post-workout anyway. Still not that big of a deal.
Awesome for post workout recovery. It has definitely had an impact on my ability to get back on the road after a hard workout.
Perfect to wear while sleeping, doing yoga, and bumming around the house after a hard workout.
Wearing nothing but boxers and compression sleeves is the new hot look this fall. Trust me. Very classy. :-)

If you have any questions about them, let me know. Zensah isn't paying me (although I wouldn't be opposed to it) but I'm definitely a fan.

Excuse some shoddy editing and audio, I'm still working on some kinks here. Just play with that volume nob and it should be fine.

After realizing that a video blog named SBR TV, that doesn't really have that much video on it anymore is a little weak, I decided to post up a little update tonight on my training.

It has been just over a year since my first post here, and I've absolutely loved it. I've met so many really cool people, and learned a lot from all you guys.

Here is to an awesome 2008 season!

I'll post up some video from some more interesting places than sitting on my bed (because bedtime fun has no business on this blog), so stay tuned.

Hub on Wheels - 2007

I rode the third annual "Hub on Wheels" last weekend in Boston.

I think there were around four thousand riders who came out, and raised money towards bringing more computers and technology into the Boston Public School system.

It was a gorgeous late September day. I got to spend some time with my awesome Wheelworks Multisport teammates, enjoy the gorgeous streets and suburbs of boston on bike (many of which were closed just for the ride) and I shot a few quick videos and pics along the way.

They are all a little rough, but please excuse my crappy editing skills. :-)
